Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will ship the following business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:

  • UPS Ground: $8.00
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $15.00
  • UPS Overnight: request a quote from info@katebarton.com

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All orders shipped to New York State are subject to applicable state sales tax.

Signature upon delivery is not required. If you would like to add a signature requirement, please contact

UPS directly or our customer service team after placing your order.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $50.00.

  • The $50 fee covers shipping only.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included.
  • Duties and taxes may be requested separately after shipment.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International shipments may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns. We offer exchanges only for eligible merchandise.

Customers must initiate an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided and $10 will be deducted fromyour store credit to cover return shipping.

All approved exchanges are issued as store credit only.

Exchange Conditions

Merchandise must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and security tags attached (if applicable).

Restocking Fee

All approved exchanges are subject to a $12 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the issued store credit.

Sale & Archive Items

Items marked Final Sale and Archive are not eligible for exchanges.

Inspection of Returns

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet our exchange requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return the item to the customer at their expense.

Delivery & Liability

Once a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at info@katebarton.com and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
