Refund policy

Exchanges

We do not accept returns. We offer exchanges only for eligible merchandise.

Customers must initiate an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided and $10 will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping.

All approved exchanges are issued as store credit only.

Exchange Conditions

Merchandise must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and security tags attached (if applicable).

Restocking Fee

All approved exchanges are subject to a $12 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the issued store credit.

Sale & Archive Items

Items marked Final Sale & Archive are not eligible for exchanges.

Inspection of Returns

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet our exchange

requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return the item to the customer at their expense.

Delivery & Liability

Once a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at info@katebarton.com and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
